speak - laurie halse anderson (this is the main would i'm absolutely dying to read. the movie is one of my favorites EVER, i know i would adore the book, without a doubt.)
i'm sure there are a lot lot lot more but this is all i can think of.
AH. I kissed dating goodbye is an incredible and i think it'd be perfect for you to start reading at this age.
